Jesus is tempted by Satan
After fasting for 40 days in the wilderness, Jesus faces three temptations from the devil. Each time, Jesus resists by trusting in God's word and staying faithful to His mission.
Jesus begins His ministry
Jesus begins preaching, calling people to repent and follow Him. He tells them that the kingdom of heaven is near and starts spreading His message across Galilee.
Jesus calls His first disciples
Jesus invites Simon (Peter), Andrew, James, and John to follow Him, saying He will make them “fishers of men.” They immediately leave their work to join Him and become His first disciples.
Jesus heals the sick
Jesus travels throughout Galilee, healing all kinds of diseases and sicknesses. People who are suffering from physical, mental, and spiritual pain come to Him for help, and He heals them.
Jesus attracts large crowds
As news of His healings and teachings spreads, large crowds from all over follow Jesus. People come to hear Him speak and be healed, making Jesus’ ministry grow quickly.
